Use 500 words of less to describe the followings:

1. One or two succinct sentence that articulates the need for your grant project
2. Describes the status quo that exists without your project in a straightforward and compelling manner:
        a. State the problem fairly simply without editorializing E.g. a fact that is obvious to everyone.
        b. Or stating an issue that might be controversial or have not been considered as an issue.
        c. Or stating the lack of a specific service that  in a given community is a common need. Focus on the effect the lack has on with the community (not to focus on the lack of the service the organization going to provide but the facts of the effect your are seeing today)
3. Targets a population/audience and geographic local where the need exists:
         a. Audience can be a specific gender, age, community, geographical region or the combination of all. The most important point is how the organization service is going to benefit to  the target audience
4. What is you or your organization’s expertise? Provide a brief statement of the past history in relevant area emphasizing its capacity to carry out this proposal.
5. What is the grant amount needed and what are your plans for funding the project in the future.
